Posted by Picasa In the thick sea fog, all the cars buses and trucks were stopped, seemed to be a crash ahead blocking the road. everyone was standing off to see what was happening.

Posted by Picasa We gave 3 Police men a ride up to the front of the line, where we could see a cargo truck had crashed with a large bus in the dence sea fog. The truc cab was wiped out, and later we found out there were 13 people riding in the back cargo hold, they got beat up good.

Posted by Picasa Palpa, near nasca, My friend Jacobo has an old hacienda he turned into a bed and breeakfast. This is his 1945 russian 1cyl deisel engine that drives a 4 inch pump drawing water out of the well for irrigating the orange fields and filling the big pool.
